We are adding a dedicated Landscape/Grading Laborer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be flexible in assisting in various landscaping/grading projects to elevate outdoor spaces for residential and commercial customers.

This team member must be safety and detail- oriented. He/she will be eager to learn and interested in growing long term with a dynamic company.


Duties may include but are not limited to:

- Drive large non-CDL trucks and pull trailers.
- Operating equipment such as a skid loader, mini skid loader, and excavators.
- Perform lawn care duties.
- Participate in landscape maintenance tasks
- Operate hand tools and equipment
- Construction of paver patios and retaining walls


Preferred qualifications:

- Clean driving record
- Experience in landscaping, grading, or related field preferred
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for various tasks
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in different outdoor weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Job Type: Full-time
